"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

We had shared bathrooms which was a concern for my partner, but honestly once we got to the hotel and saw the showers and toilets i can say they were kept impeccable during our stay. "Definitely a unique place. The staff was great. What wasn’t cool was that after 4 pm, no staff was there to help with a minor issue. It wasn’t cool that when I checked out early there was no one to help with the luggage. Two flights of stairs is a challenge, thankfully when staff is there they can bring it up with their service elevator. Overall, I would return as long as my situation allowed me more time."

"I had an excellent stay at Element by Marriott Seattle Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. I would definitely come back to this hotel again and would recommend anyone who’s traveling to Seattle to pick Element by Marriott in Downtown Seattle as their go to spot."
