"From check in to check out, everything was smooth, beautiful and clean. The staff working here are extremely nice and helpful. We got here way earlier than anticipated and really appreciated that they had a room ready for us after hours of travel. Love the refillable water stations. Great location, felt safe. Restaurant on site is beautiful and the staff was amazing as well (we only had drinks, but the menu looks awesome)! Rooms were very clean, quiet, updated and the bed was very comfortable!...

"This property is lovely. Unfortunately, Seattle has become a place for many vagrants and the homeless. They loiter around the hotel. My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel, especially at night. "The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready. 1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point....

The only pause we had was we could never get into the P1 parking on the first try, and had to use the call button all but once during the four days were were there. Our card was re-done the first day, and still we had to try multiple times to get in. "

Do not hassle with a rental car & notorious Seattle traffic & expensive parking if you’re in town for a ball game or to explore Seattle. It’s within Easy walking distance to King St Station (Amtrak) 5 minutes, light rail to the airport 8-10minutes. Close to both Stadiums, walkable, 5-15 minutes, and to the Seattle waterfront too!
