Could not get into our room every time we left the keys did not work went downstairs to get them reset and it did it again and again over and over also they did not have no breakfast nothing to drink to buy a drink and everywhere that they stated on their list for places to go eat and drink we’re no longer there so I had to walk across the street to the store to just to get something to drink and their coffee was...

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Nice big room. Excellent bistro , whether its breakfast or late drink . Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"Stunning hotel, cute walkable neighborhood. Amazing stay for games and concerts since it’s walking distance to the stadiums and several bars. Plenty of street parking as well. Staff was so kind, left me a piece of cake and a handwritten note when they heard it was my birthday. Also upgraded us to a corner suite to celebrate. Above and beyond staff <3"
