Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"Tiny room but very quiet. An iPad controls everything but don’t expect some basic toiletries in your room like a shower cap much less a single water glass or facilities to make a cup of tea. Staff very variable in friendliness. Wouldn’t retun."

"This is a basic but well kept and well functioning hotel with great value for downtown Seattle. Seattle is very expensive and this hotel offers what you need for a comfortable, well-serviced stay for less than the average downtown hotel. The property was clean, everything worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby offers free coffee in the later afternoon, and you get a free drink voucher to use during your stay for an alcoholic beverage if desired. "Stunning hotel, cute walkable neighborhood. Amazing stay for games and concerts since it’s walking distance to the stadiums and several bars. Plenty of street parking as well. Staff was so kind, left me a piece of cake and a handwritten note when they heard it was my birthday. Also upgraded us to a corner suite to celebrate. Above and beyond staff <3"

"I’ve stayed here a few times. I love the rooms, spacious king sized beds are soft and comfortable. The bartenders are friendly and fun. Everybody that works the front desk is friendly. I live in Seattle now so I don’t need to stay in a hotel anymore but I highly recommend this spot to my friends."
