"Very easy to get to this downtown location. Our stay was great but the restaurant was likely understaffed. We had to get up to leave and ask for our check after waiting quite a while."

Parking was very convenient and easy to deal with. It was a good stay. We will definitely stay here again when in town."

I did not like the bland interior. It is kind of depressing. The room was as bland as the lobby and breakfast area. The setting by the train tracks and highway. There was zero healthy food at the breakfast. Everything is very highly processed. If one thing besides the toilet works well I would give it a better rating."

"The property is dirty beginning with the floors in the elevators, and the windowsill. The mattresses are memory foam that now suffer from dementia. You're nearly guaranteed to wake up with a backache. Housekeeping is the absolute worst imaginable. No change in towels on anybody that have stayed other than one years ago. The water temp and pressure are hit or miss. You with need service on your car driving into the parking area and you may break an arm attempting to open the door to the lobby if...

"Homeless people everywhere outside the building, inside is very dirty, smells like urine and wet dog. Owners live in the motel and many of the rooms are rented out as if they’re apartments. The walls are nicotine stained and the beds have cigarette burns. They charge a $50 deposit and you only get $12 back. Do not recommend staying there."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....
