"Jeannine was extremely kind to me, helping me with my luggage going up the stairs. She was always, courteous and helpful. She made me feel that there was no better place to stay in all of Albany!"

"Awesome. "

"Excellent service.Thanks you."

"Excelente servicio "

"Excelente!"

"I stayed for one night. Not a place for women traveling alone. Front desk staff made inappropriate comments about my appearance, the room was fine but worn, dusty, and cracked paint. Breakfast included was just toast — no other options. Very close to the high way."

"We love the Homewood Suites Hotel and this one specially has a great vale for the price. Also, very convenient because of its proximity to University at Albany "
