"Fantastic staff—professional, friendly, and genuine. The hotel is very clean and has everything we need, including internet, TV, a living area, and a kitchenette. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated that oat milk is available since I cannot drink regular milk. We also traveled with our dog, and the hotel is very pet-friendly, offering plenty of walking areas as well as a dog station with bags and a designated dog-walking area."

"It is great that it is near the NYS Thruway; hotel is very dated and musty smell in room. Ice machine on that floor was not working. Staff not very knowledgeable of the area."

"Everything was perfect. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The suite offered all the things we needed right down to pots and pans, dish soap etc. The gym offered a good workout and my grandkids enjoyed the warm indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with lots of different offerings. I also loved that it felt safe and secure there. We will definitely stay at Marriott Residence Inn again. "
