"Easy access to the stadiums with endless options for food and coffee. Parking isn't ideal, as most of the streets nearby close for events. While the suggestion was to choose a street-level lot a few blocks away, it was i credibly expensive. We found a cheaper parking garage even closer, that should really be the suggested location for guests. Aside from that, it was a great spot."

"Great location in Capitol Hill as an alternative to pricey hotels. Well maintained and well appointed, super comfy bed and all the amenities I needed for my three night stay. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a more economical way to visit Seattle."

"The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. "Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! When we arrived for a time of solitude and study we found there was no toilet paper in the home, and several lightbulbs were burnt out making it impossible to get enough light in any area for the work we had rented it to accomplish. "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."
