Watch the sunset in this well-lit spacious serene two-bedroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry. Sit out and enjoy nature and mature trees on your private patio. Super clean. Suitable for business travelers and remote workers - office desk, chair, and Fast Wifi. A full kitchen or enjoy a long list of local places to eat out. Great Space for traveling Consultants and perfect for longer stay. Free parking is available.

This space comes with 2 Queen Bed Gel Memory mattresses, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay!

Located in the heart of Whitestown, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!

Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!

You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.


Use of Common Amenities:
*Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management.

*Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.

*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.

* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.

* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.

* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.

* Amenities are not for commercial use.

Conveniently situated off I-65, this unit is located near Zionsville, IN, it offers easy access to everything you need in the area. Commute into downtown Indianapolis in under half an hour, or stay local to find all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you’re looking for.

Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a drink with friends at Moontown Brewing Company and then head to Cobblestone Zionsville for a delicious meal accompanied by live music.

Free parking is provided in front of the building, Check out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).

-All guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

Great Location for Indy!

Easy check in, secure, well appointed, and easy access to the Indy 500. Clean comfortable rental nonprobelms at all. There is also plenty of food near and groceries just down the road. A definite repeat for me!

great apartment (except for skunk smell)

Son, who stayed a few nights said it was a pot smell. Go figure. I guess I prefer chardonnay to pot. Stayed three weeks. Lovely, quiet two bedroom. New, nice area near restaurants. Initial onboard (internet access, lack of phone response from MGM) was less than desired. Front office (Leasing) were responsive and gracious. Departure was upsetting - thought I had leased place for an extra 4 nights. Again. MGM issue.....not sure what the story is. Lazar was comforting in providing an extra night but, all in all, I was disappointed. Perhaps MGM needs a competent admin?

odd combination of clean and disheveled / dirty

Let me start by saying that the place itself is very nice. New, modern, comfortable. It has SO much potential!! The unsettling and very gross thing was that we found laundry falling out of the dryer, laundry in the washer, "stuff" scattered across the shelving in the master closet, messy piles of stuff (linens?) in the closet in the master bath, icky bottles of shampoo, etc., an almost finished bar of soap swimming in soap scum in the shower that had filthy shower doors, food remnants stuck to the fridge shelving, and greasy countertops. It was as if we had entered someone's home. At least the beds had what I THINK was clean sheets and there were clean towels in the bathroom. I attempted to contact the property manager over and over but the app kept saying "too many http requests". I was given no phone number. When I returned home I was able to email them. I sent a long email detailing everything complete with lots of photos. No response. After 2 weeks I sent another one. Crickets. I contacted them on the website from my computer (app still not working) and they said, and I quote, "What will you like to be done". No apology!! I didn't want to write a bad review, and would not have if they had shown more caring in handling this. Clearly they don't really care. It's the most bizarre experience I've had in a VRBO. Hopefully, in spite of their callousness in handling me, maybe they will have fixed things and it will be better for the next renter.
