This place was ok. The house could use a good cleaning and the yellow chair in the living room was dirty. The nicest part of the house was the outdoor area. I thought it was overpriced for the location and home.

Nice home with LOTS of steps

Our stay was very pleasant. House was clean and neighborhood was safe and comfortable. The back porch and back yard seating area are both inviting places to hang out in nice weather. Rain and snow fell during our visit, so we did not personally try out these amenities.When we received our check-in instructions, there was a warning that people must be able to use stairs. After arriving, the reason for this became clear: the house has a split-level foyer. There are several steps up to the front door. I realized that the pictures don't show the front of the house, so renters can't see this possible obstacle when looking to rent.This many steps is fine - except if you have a knee injury (I did!) or have difficulty walking up and down so often. That being said, after my knee is healed we would rent this house again.

Loved it!

Comfy home in a great neighborhood. Located closed to stores and restaurants. We had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The property owner was very responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Special 80th Birthday Celebration

We had an 80th birthday celebration and family members stayed in this VRBO. They were very comfortable and had all the room they needed. It was clean and attractive. The host was especially easy to communicate with. There are few options for lodging on the south side of Indianapolis and this turned out very well. Thank you

Quick Stay, Nice Accommodations

House accommodated our family after arriving from a late flight into Indiana. We wish we were in town long enough to enjoy that beautiful backyard!! Overall, good stay!

Nice stay

We had a nice family visit at this property. It was very clean. The host was really helpful and left a property manual that made everything easy. It's in a family neighborhood. It's close to groceries and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking - more than any rental I've stayed in. The firepit was so great and perfect for our quiet hangout! That was our favorite and it was pretty great. I do have a couple of suggestions. The foosball table doesn't work well enough to be in the pictures. The house is pretty dry - that's just how older homes work in the winter but a little humidifier for the bedroom would be awesome. Maybe like the ones you use in a nursery. Consider bringing a pillow if you're sensitive to that kind of thing. But that's it - nothing that stopped us from enjoying our weekend. It went well.

Girls Getaway

We enjoyed the location, porch, and the fire pit! The house rules were quite restrictive and communicated within 2 days of our arrival making canceling impossible. We received daily notifications from the host which were not needed. The last notification indicated if a 5 star rating was left, I’d get a 5 star rating. I didn’t appreciate this!

Wedding event

Great for Families

This house is very nice for families or friends traveling together. We had four adults and one child, and the house fit our needs. The backyard is massive, the sunroom is very nice to lounge in, the fire pit is a nice perk and the play area downstairs is also perfect for kids. The garage is very small so our minivan would not fit inside, but we had no problem parking it in the driveway. Our only complaint about the property is that it wasn’t super clean and it had a hint of cigarette smoke. There was dust in several corners, stains on a few of the rugs, and we were sensitive to the smell of smoke. Also, we didn’t love that the toiletries in the house were in large bottles which were used for multiple guest bookings. Definitely understand it is more environmentally friendly to do it this way, but from a sanitary perspective, we were a little creeped out thinking about all of the people that had used/touched the hand soap and shampoo dispensers before us. I was glad I had packed all of my own toiletries to use and even purchased a small bottle of hand soap from CVS for our family to use during our stay.

Very nice property. I would rent again.

At first I thought the property was out too far out from Downtown but when we canvassed the neighborhood, Meridian Street was up the street and closer to the property than the GPS sent us. It was a quiet established neighborhood, neighbors nice and property was nice. I would rent this property again, as I am in Indianapolis on a regular basis.

Indy Weekend

Long weekend stay

Host was very understanding and accommodating when we had to change dates last minute due to illness. Property was as listed and was responsive to any questions. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was still convenient to get to everything we needed.

Good space for visiting...

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood seemed quite safe and friendly. The beds were comfortable and we were able to control the thermostat. There were 5 of us and we could easily sit and visit in the living room, eating area and the screened in porch which was very pleasant. We had planned to have a fire at the fire pit but the weather didn't cooperate. Our only asks would be to have a few bowls for mixing pancakes and salads. We used a saucepan which sufficed but was a bit weird! LOL The house isn't fancy but it is comfortable and clean and a good space for friends to visit. It is also in a very convenient location.

Wonderful place. We were a group of 6 Adults. The house was perfect size for us all. Beautiful backyard. We were there to go Drag Races. House was not far the track. Owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend

This adorable house exceeded our expectations! Location was convenient & close to town. The house came with all that we needed - towels, bedding, kitchen appliances & cookware, dishes. The backyard was perfect for hanging out & playing games. This house is child friendly! Raj responded to messages immediately when I needed assistance. Would definitely book again here!

Property was very clean, presentable, and located in a nice neighborhood. The patio and outdoor seating areas exceeded our expectations, and were great for our evenings there. The property also provided comfortable access to downtown Indianapolis and the surrounding suburbs. Highly recommend!

Quiet place to land

We recently traveled from Iowa to Indianapolis to attend one day of the Drum Corp International championships and needed a place to stay that was close to our destination, yet not right downtown. This property fit the bill as it was about 15-20 min from Lucas Oil yet had lots of options for restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping close by. Property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our group of 4 (2 Adults-2 teens). This property could easily sleep 6-8 people comfortably between the 3 bedrooms and basement area. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one evening and breakfast in the screened in porch a couple mornings. Both spots really add to the home! Another plus would be the abundance of seating for meals- as there are two tables that can sit 6-8 people comfortably. While we didn’t really use it, the basement provided an additional gathering space and had plenty of games and some toys for younger kids. Additionally, the basement added more available sleeping space if needed. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion was a nice added amenity. Off street parking is available for up to three cars (garage space also available) which was also a plus. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to families or couples who are traveling, as it would be a great space for either!!
