"The worst DoubleTree hotel. It is more likely an Inn. Stayed there for two nights during the weekend. The bar wasn't even open. No room service at the evening shift. They didn't provide blankets for the pullout sofa bed. Hotel carpet was dirty."

"Well cared for hotel, convenient to Ann Arbor and only 30 mins from Detroit. The suite was large, clean and comfortable. Very nice kitchen area. Breakfast had a good variety and the food area was very clean."

"I loved the hotel nice and clean staff were very helpful as well. The game room didn’t have the equipment to play pool or the other games. The pool room hurt my eyes too much chlorine. I enjoyed the gazebo and the outside sitting areas as well. I would go back!"

"I liked the staff and their customer service. The valet parking arrangement is a bit overpriced and overdone. First you have to sign in to a link to pay and then the 3rd party charges a service fee and then they add a request for a tip. Too expensive and cumbersome."

"I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...

"I only stayed one night, but all of the staff were excellent- consistently helpful and ready to answer any questions. "Was needing a place to stay for my grandson's graduation. We are from Pennsylvania. Did not know how close the hotel was to the USA Hockey Arena when I made the reservation. I thought that if we had to walk a couple of blocks to the arena for graduation, that would be fine. The hotel parking lot and the arena parking lot were next to each other. We left the hotel and walked a few feet to the arena parking lot. So convenient. Road construction and rush hour traffic were bad in the area. We didn't...
