"Das Hotel mit seinen super toll ausgestatteten Apartments hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles ordentlich, die Parkplätze sind unter dem Gebäude und somit steht das Auto immer im Schatten bzw regengeschützt. Am Fluss hinter dem Hotel tummeln sich Sehkühe und Delfine. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter über die Straße. Der Pool ist gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

"My family and I really enjoyed the hotel! It`s close to the beach, has a nice pool, and a great barbecue area. We liked everything! We`ve stayed here twice already and hope to come back again. We only had two complaints: the apartment we stayed in was very dusty, under the bed, there was a bag with a cup of instant noodles and the bed with iron legs was quite noisy, and the mattress wasn`t very comfortable. "

"The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Misti was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions on check-in. The only negative things would be - no elevator. With the 19 steps to main floor, it was a struggle with me (76 years old, 2 knee replacements and major back surgery). The moving in and out was very difficult. Also, a half bath on the ground floor near pool would also be a plus. The circular staircase was not something I could maneuver, so had to go up front stairs to...

"We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. "We have stayed in Indian Shores on a number of occasions but first time at these premises. Great location and spendid apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and perfect and supplies provided were a bonus. Parking was easy and accessible. Amazing views from the balcony. Would definitely book here again."

"Condo had everything you could need, even beach gear!!!! The only thing I wish we had was a place to hang wet bathing suits/towels as we didn’t want to get the carpets wet in the bedrooms. Check in/out was easy, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. Our van is oversized so we had to park outside the approved spot but it wasn’t a big deal. The sunset was amazing! Highly recommend this condo; we plan to return! "

"Perfect place for our group of 8, lovely area and the condo was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and pool. Pictures were exactly how it looked with additional tech touches that were great! Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and ready for guests! 10 out of 10 recommend this beach area and this condo!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!"

"Aside from the 71 steps (75 pool side) to get to our casa it was wonderful! We did know about the elevator being out and this did not deter from our vacation! This place is spectacular and the views stunning! Take advantage of the beach rentals as it was much easier not to have to drag your own chairs! There were chairs available but we stuck with the noodles! Will be back! 10/10"
