"I think my communication issues may have been on the Expedia side of things and have little to do with the host. I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. The messages I did read from Feb were hard to access and appeared in faded gray color font with copy and paste nearly unreachable as printing was off the screen of my iPhone. "I had the loveliest stay at the Cleftstone Inn. To start, the staff is welcoming, kind and attentive. From the moment you check in, you feel right at home as you get acquainted with the property and your room. The property has such a homie feeling and my room was quaint but chic. Breakfast and tea time had to be my favorite part of the Inn as there were always different options to choose from and everything was so tasty! I will definitely be returning to the Inn and bringing friends with me....
