"First, reading the negative review, I was worried. OMG, when we arrived to check in the guest service workers, were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was facing the mountain view, which was incredible. I had read reviews, so I knew to make reservations for mealtimes we wanted, which worked perfect. "Simple mountain lodge hotel room but with great staff and amazing outdoor amenities. My favorite part might have been the comfy rockers on the balcony that overlooks the mountains and nearby stream but there were lots of other outdoor areas for gathering to relax and enjoy the mountains. Very friendly staff that are super helpful and knowledgeable for exploring the area. "

"Easy to check in. The heated room was exceptional. Bathrooms could be cleaner but I understand with the amount of people coming in and out it’s hard. Shuttle stop conveniently a small walk away. We stay here every year and we’ll continue to do so."

"We absolutely love this hotel. We stay here at least once a year if not more. The riverside and riverview rooms have a kitchenette, fireplace, whirlpool tub, table and chairs, upgraded TV's and brand new furniture. The rooms are wonderful and the view is gorgeous. They recently upgraded all the rooms and have multiple pools and spas to choose from. Additionally they've also added a family/gameroom with boardgames, pool tables and foosball. "The place was small, but it had a cozy charm to it. The building looked old, but it was well maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The staff were super kind, waiting for us to arrive, and the check-in process was a breeze – quick and easy!"
