"This cabin felt about as close as you could stay in Yosemite Valley (unless you’re paying to stay in the lodges or camping). The proximity made it simpler to get to all of the nearby hikes and eateries in the valley. The cabin itself was perfect for our needs and we didn’t have any issues. It’s great for 1-2 adults! The manager, Annie, was amazing! She communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend! "

"Loved the Yosemite West location, the view at the end of the road, and a comfortable house. While not flashy, it is quite comfortable. "The actual place is great. Beds comfortable, kitchen good, fun pool table. 5 stars. You need to understand the location. If you are booking in the height of summer, ignore this paragraph! The unit is inside the park and at a high elevation. If there is ANY snow, it is a challenge to get to. Chains are very often required (and necessary). "We liked being located in a scenic and quiet location far away from the large crowds surrounding Yosemite Village. However, it does take 20 minutes driving time from the cabin to get to Yosemite Village and some major attractions of the park. The kitchen of the cabin has been updated where it is brightly lit and well equipped for making meals throughout your stay. The only convenience it doesn't have is a dishwasher.We appreciated being provided ample supplies of toilet tissue, paper towels,...

"Susan and Brian were very hospitable and responsive. This location is so quiet, peaceful, and quaint. A lovely evening retreat after long hiking days! We really enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Drive into Yosemite is 1hr 20 mins but is a lovely route and goes by fast. Hiked Hites Cove, which is only about 40 mins away on our first day. Easy access to Mariposa. Highly recommend the Cozy Cottage Retreat!"

"Decided to upgrade to a cabin instead of camping this year. Cabin was just like home, and very well kept. My friend couldn't make it, so I had the place to myself. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood within the park. There was food and LOTS of condiments. Everything in the cabin worked perfectly. Thanks Joe and Diane!"
