With a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors, this fantastic house for 2 people is only a few steps away from the centre of Inca.
This is a great town house, located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, then becoming a family, quiet and close corner to make your dreams come true in the island. The terrace is beautiful because it has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The combination of the stone walls with the lively colours, the trees, the two sun loungers to enjoy a while under the sun, the built-in bench to enjoy a good reading and, the best of it all, the barbecue for the true professional chefs of meals alfresco. You can cook and enjoy the delicious recipes under the cosy little porch.

Inside, there is an inviting living room with a sofa, two armchairs and air-conditioning, which is the perfect corner to watch the satellite TV, read one of the books of the house, or simply rest. The living area is open to the dining which is equipped with a table with chairs and leads, on the one hand, to the terrace and on the other to the kitchen. This one offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more, so you can cook as if you were at home. There is one bedroom to rest in the house, and it features a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan and space to prepare a cot if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation.

The house is about 200 metres from the centre of this lovely and fascinating city, so you can take a a wonderful walk through the charming streets full of all kinds of shops: fashion, food, shoes, bars, cafes and specially Mallorcan restaurants where you can try our best dishes. The street market takes place on Thursday morning from 7 centuries ago. If you feel like, you can enjoy the town night life where you will find some bars and pubs to have a drink. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the paradisaical and extensive beach of Puerto de Alcudia, about 25 km away. But there are many other beaches like Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or the ones near Palma in the opposite direction.

logement très bien équipé et confortable . Malheureusement les places de parkings disponible était rare donc stationnement difficile . Le matin des chiens du voisinage aboie de très bonne heure donc il était difficile de faire une grâce matinée dommage .

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung fernab der Touristenhochburgen

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war zwar anfangs etwas schwer zu finden, was aber auch mit an den mangelnden Sprachkenntnissen lag. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Inca. Weit entfernt von den allseits bekannten Touristenhochburgen. Quasi Spanien live. Wer kein Spanisch kann muss unbedingt Englisch beherrschen, allerdings lässt zeitweilig auch das Englisch der Einheimischen zu wünschen übrig. Auch ein kleines Auto ist von Vorteil, da Parkplätze Mangelware sind. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Wichtigste : Die Klimaanlage. Ohne diese wäre an Schlafen nicht zu denken gewesen. W-Lan sowie deutsches Fernsehen sind auch vorhanden. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für die Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Wir waren zu 4 hier und wir können behaupten für 4 Personen (2 Pärchen) ist die Wohnung perfekt. Gastfreundschaft wird in Inca gross geschrieben. Es ging so weit, dass uns von Nachbarn angeboten wurde, sich jederzeit an diese wenden zu können, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt. Was für uns auch neu war: Der Müll wird in Inca täglich abgeholt. Die Mülltüten werden Abends vor die Tür gestellt und nachts abgeholt. Das Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Ladengeschäften ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreicht. Die zentrale Lage Incas macht es zum idealen Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen. Zur Ostküste (Port d'Alcudia) sind es ca. 29 km, zur Westküste (Palma de Mallorca) ca.25 km, zur Südküste (Porto Cristo) etwa 35 km. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der nichts von überfüllten anonymen Hotels hält.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit täglich frischen Zitronen

Die Wohnung ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und in guter zentraler Lage von Inca. Für Mallorca-Urlauber, die mehr Wert auf Ausflüge als auf den täglichen Strandbesuch legen, ist es die ideale Unterkunft. Eins der i-Tüpfelchen waren die täglich vom Baum fallenden frischen Zitronen, aus denen wir uns abends eine leckere Limonade machen konnten.
