  • "Finca Alzina" is located in the countryside, between Inca and Selva, and is the ideal accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday with family or friends. This 240 m² house can accommodate 8 people, as it consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. Additional services include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, a cot and a high chair. From the balcony, as well as from the ground floor, there is an impressive view of the landscape and mountains. The spacious private outdoor area opens onto a garden with covered terraces where you can have breakfast or enjoy a dinner prepared on the barbecue with a glass of wine. Additionally, the saltwater pool measuring 13x3.5 with a minimum depth of 0.90 and a maximum depth of 1.75 invites you to swim before sunbathing on the loungers. The town of Inca is only 5 minutes by car (2.1 km) from the property, and there you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes, while the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is 25 minutes driving (25 km), near Can Picafort. The lively capital of Mallorca, Palma, as well as the airport, are 35 minutes away.

    The property is in a quiet area, without noise, where looking out the windows is seeing an idyllic landscape. Being only 2 km from Inca, you have all the amenities and services you need. Just 25 km away is the Alcudia water park to spend a day with family and friends. Also in Alcudia is the Sunday market and you can visit the well-known Roman old town. Near the property, just 15 km away, is the "Serra de Tramuntana", to enjoy hiking routes through the UNESCO World Heritage mountains.



    Electricity is not included in the price, it will be charged by consumption at €0.35/kw.

Gorgeous Finca with a lovely pool and outdoor area. Beds were comfy and towels provided for both pool and shower. Albert who meet us on arrival was lovely and showed us through the property. If you’re looking to be a bit more remote then this property is perfect. If you want to be close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants this wouldn’t be suitable, a car is needed. Some improvements are needed on the lighting, a lot of switches don’t work and lamps have been added instead.

A beautiful villa situated in a quiet location

A beautiful villa situated in a quiet location. This is a very nice villa, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and good showers. The garden and pool areas are lovely. It was a great space for our family of 5 inc 3 teenagers. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The lanes to the villa are very narrow and winding, which is worth knowing ahead. You are 15 minutes drive from shops and restaurants, a car is essential. The kitchen needs some more cookware. Electricity is extra, which is unusual but it was not much for a week (we didn’t use the a/c). The villa is 30 mins from the closest beaches. Would recommend for a quiet holiday away from it all.

Die Finca liegt in einem schönen Grundstück mit tollem Blick auf die Berge, genau das Richtige für Ruhesuchende. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und wertig, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht und mehr . Besonders gefallen hat uns, wir waren 3 Paare , dass es für jeden ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gab und das jedes Paar sein eignes Bad hatte, perfekt auch die Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen und der Pool. Die Gastgeber waren reizende Leute , bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Sekt, Ensaimada und diverse andere Sachen für ein erstes Frühstück vor, nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Die Kommunikation mit Sweet Homes Mallorca Rentals war einwandfrei, bei Fragen gab es ganz schnell Hilfe. Wenn man eine schöne und zweckmäßige Finca sucht und nicht direkt ans Meer möchte, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben, wir kommen gerne wieder.

As good as the pictures promised

As good as the pictures promised. A beautiful finca with stunning views across to the mountains. Well appointed with a great pool (unheated but 19C and just about swimmable in early April). Private and secluded we had total privacy. The road to the finca is narrow and winding (even by Mallorca standards) but convenient for access to Inca - about a half hour walk. Like a lot of people in April, I was on a cycling holiday and the finca is right on an established cycle route from selva to Inca. Half an hour ride to the mountain climbs on quiet roads. A nice kitchen, the supplied utensils were a bit hit and miss but adequate. We were welcomed by the host with some coffee, Mallorcan cake and sparkling wine which was a lovely touch. You will need to bring your own cooking condiments (oil,salt,pepper etc)and shampoo. Washing up liquid, hand soap etc was supplied as promised. If it matters to you wifi was speedy (although everywhere we went in mallorca had 5g mobile signal in any case).

Wunderschönes Haus, toller Garten, ruhige Lage

Sehr geschmackvolles Haus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr schöne Außenanlage mit vielen Plätzen zum sitzen. Beeindruckend, wie sauber alles war. Und der Kontakt mit den Ansprechpartnern war herzlich und sehr zuverlässig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
