Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff."

"This location is in an industrial area there are no restaurants and no supermarket there's a bus stop in front of the hotel which operates only on weekdays it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car the room cleaning service is 19eur per day"

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"Hyvä sijainti lähellä yhtä Gentin rautatieasemista, myös busseja lähti kulmalta. Vanhaan kaupunkiinkin kävelee vartissa. Liikenteen ääniä ei kuulu, jotakin naapurihuoneista tai käytävältä kyllä. Siisti perushotelli."

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."

She went well above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. She not only corrected the issues but also made up for the mishaps, immediately. Ilayda wanted to assure us that our stay at Ghent Marriott Hotel, would be as great as we expected it…and because of her, it finally was. Our room was nice and spacious. Staff is nice and...

"The room was really excellent, so quiet, we barely heard a thing! Staff were so helpful with our requests and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, great choices and well stocked. My only very minor issues were: we had a water bottle in our room which I assume was meant to be full, it never was. And, I drink a lot of coffee, only one day was our tea and coffee topped up and that was the day I left the drawer open to make it obvious. Also our room kept demagnetising so...
