"Its location is really good, very close (2-3mins walk) to the middle of all the actions in Shinjuku but not too noisy or crowded around the hotel. Convenience store (Lawson) was just 1-2 min away. The room was small but had enough space to store 2 big luggages and we can open and close them easily. Really like the slippers provided! Bathroom was nice, too! "Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and quiet neighborhood which I loved. Excellent location, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, the hotel provides toiletries and tea and coffee. were amazing and the staff superb. Will definitely stay here again for sure whenever I visit Tokyo. Definitely a 5 + star hotel "

"The room was clean and had a lot of amenities, however it was missing a USB plug for charging your phone. The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "
