"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. "Place looks a bit old but well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, especially helping us in getting taxi fast because the available uber was long wait. That showed concern from the staff with their guests. Lots of supplies - toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, razors, lotion, everything you need.
