"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "

"10 minutes before boarding my plane the host cancelled my reservation. I was to landing at 12:30 am in the morning. I was left without accomodation with two kids and two elderly parents. The host was also very unresponsive making communication very difficult. "

"I highly recommend Ecclipse.Their apartments are well appointed and very spacious. The concierge and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. When people book and an apartment the basic reason is to have a kitchen (and the laundry) otherwise you may as well stay at a hotel. We found the kitchen was not fully equipped and some parts not functional. I think they should improve the offerings in their kitchen. We had a problem with our door that kept buzzing randomly at different times...
