"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "

Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. "Excellent hotel and services. 2 weak points: Room service and breakfast should be improved (room service time and food quality and choice, especially with local food). In relation to eco-responsqbility , only towels on the bathroom floor might be changed. A sauna/ spa offer looks indispensible in our times for this level of accommodation."

"LOVED IT!!! It’s an apartment that was turned into a 3 hotel rooms space. I got a nice clean room with a huge bed and a jacuzzi bathtub:)) I had to postpone my Kiev time and get into that jacuzzi first thing hehe Great staff, they welcomed me when I got there but you do have to let them know when you’re coming cuz they aren’t always there. I got the key and fobs for the building. Free water and coffee (huge plus!) and the room was clean and bright, the design was great, nothing I would change....
