"This was such a wonderful stay with everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative with important information before, during, and after the stay. Check in instructions were a breeze and everything was well marked. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time on Orcas. The outside yard was great for our dog. The property is very quiet and further out from the main hustle and bustle, but close to a number of hikes and trails- which is exactly what we hoped for. If you're looking for a quiet...

"The house was located on a very long and winding road. The view was great when it was clear. There were a few minor problems. The secondary bathroom blind didn't close but then there was no one even near the location. I was told that was repaired We enjoyed the stay . There was a loft which we didn't use. The house felt empty although there was enough furniture. It just wasn't very homey."

"Really neat home that fueled lots of fun and even a ghost story or two from my kids. Great for families wanting to do reunions etc as multiple masters are there. Town and supplies are less than 10 minutes away but its very private. Beautiful star gazing"

" We had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place this past weekend. Kristen was a wonderful hostess, quick to communicate and very responsive throughout our time there, which made everything smooth and easy.We arrived late at night and had no trouble getting into the house. One small note is that Google Maps initially took us to the opposite side of the alley, which caused a bit of confusion, but once we found the correct street, everything was straightforward from there.The home itself was...

"I would go here again, and recommend it to anyone. Right in the heart of Eastsound with a water view, as well as a view of the town. There are many shops and restaurants right out the door. Barnes is restful and calm. Very nice decor, and heated bathroom floor!"

"My wife and I have been taking an annual weekend on the island for years. We're thrilled to find such a wonderful option to stay in Eastsound! The property is brand new, right in town, and very well appointed (especially for the value!). We'd definitely recommend and will be back next time."

"The location and room were amazing! What a gem…..the only problem was…on the Johns Island side of the hallway (when you enter the hallway the rooms on the right) after a great day hiking and a lovely dinner we returned to our room, the weather was calm and warm. We opened the window in our room and settled in for the evening. Well, 10pm rolled around and the trailer and RV located at the property next door feet from The Village Inn started their generators and kept them running ALL NIGHT LONG!...

"This was a perfect house for our family to gather during Spring Break. It was perfectly situated so we could walk to town easily but still have a sense of being in the country. The house was very well maintained and we had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect relaxing getaway. We all agreed that we would recommend this house to anyone who is thinking of an Orcas Island adventure."

"Tina was an excellent host and our stay in Eastsound was amazing. We walked to town several times, and Eastsound is not a far drive from West Beach public access, Moran State Park, Turtleback Mountain Preserve, etc. The property has great views and it was nice to sit on the deck in the mornings and evenings when we got back. "
