"The hotel is a beautiful new hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn't believe for a new hotel how horrible the water pressure was. Both in the evening and morning I had to wash my hair in the sink because the water pressure was so low in the shower. Considering the cost I find it unacceptable for this to have been part of the stay. I didn't relay the info to the front desk cause I'm sure there isn't anything that could have been done to an individual room. A real shame for...

"The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find this newer hotel in close proximity to Memorial Hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of the courteous and friendly staff. Everyone we encountered on our short stay was warm and welcoming. I do not believe in all of my years traveling that I’ve ever stayed in a room with two king sized beds, but what a plus that is for those of us who have larger families. Everyone can stay together! "The room is clean, but it’s very dated. You have to park across the street in a public parking garage which gets extremely packed and then you have to cross the street with all your luggage or you can valet. We arrived late and everything closes by 9 PM for food so plan ahead if you are a late arrival, their bar upstairs is small and very limited. It is more like nachos and a pretzel. The staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay."
