"We had 9 fantastic days at the resort, even when the weather was sometimes bad (rain and wind) during our stay in July. We stayed in a logoon overwater villa, and even though we stayed 2 adults and 2 children in one room, it was still very spacious. All the staff are friendly and nice. "High ceiling room with old world charm, waking up to the sound of wave, walk into ocean from the villa, attentive staffs, well maintained sites and the food was amazing across all restaurants, only if the weather could be a bit better, this wouldn’t been the trip of lifetime, will definitely come back in a non- raining season. It was the first hotel I've been in Maldives and after that I've seen another 5 hotels: Cheval Blanc, Jumeirah, One&Only, Conrad and etc. It is my second time in Soneva Fushi and I need to say that this hotel is the best on every aspect. "this is an amazing property the staff are amazing and very caring and accommodating. the island is great and there are many different excursions you can go on. it is very safe and all the local people on the island are sooo welcoming there is a mosque which is a 5min walk from the hotel. we had the penthouse room and it was amazing they decorated the room for us aswel and the views were amazing "

"Stunning location, attentive staff who just avoid in going too far. Excellently maintained facilities and as a vegan, the range of choice of food was exceptional. Room was beautiful (though I caught my foot on an ill-maintained wood plank by my pool causing a large splinter). So much about our trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended "

"With intermittent strong monsoon rains and winds, the water came thru the doors in the common areas. We absolutely loved the food and staff and never thought twice about eating anywhere else. John, our host was absolutely the best! Kind, perceptive and always helpful. Admin was also incredibly responsive via email and ensured that all of our requests and inquiries were promptly addressed.
