I would give this 5 stars, but... The good: very pet friendly. The rooms are well suited for pets, and BONUS: there's an amazing pretty park literally right next door over a pretty wood bridge - there are loops from 1/2 to 2 miles. Bed was comfy. Staff were very nice, room was clean and comfortable. We were close to eating establishments and stores. Breakfast was average at best. Fruit was of poor quality, definitely not freshly cut. Would have been nice to have English Muffins and turkey sausage.

The Inn was very pleasant. All the rooms on the second level had balconies with lovely views of the town and river. The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of parking.
