"Great cozy spot for a winter weekend away with the family. Plenty of board games and toys for the little ones. The fireplace made it nice and toasty on the chilly evenings. "

"Great stay overall, location was good. We went to the Matakana market and Tāwharanui Regional Park, both within 20min of the bach. Only thing to be aware of is there are no tea towels, toilet paper, shower needs, etc. so have to prepare a little bit more to bring all you need for your stay. Otherwise, great stay and would stay again!"

"The cottage was just beautiful, a quiet peaceful place that definitely bought us peace coming from a big city. I would live here if I could. Amazing amentities and the bath, goodness coming from a small apartment this was what the doctor ordered. Highly, highly recommend. "

"Small but great use of space. The bed was very comfortable.Was perfect for us, we were out during the day so didn't need an outdoor area. "

"We had a lovely stay on the North Shore. Our hosts were very helpful and had great communication.The unit is well set up, warm and has everything you need. The bed is very cosy and comfortable! Our boys slept well on the pull out couch. Highly Recommend!"

"Amazing location! The beach is almost at your doorstep. This made it very easy to hop on our paddle boards many times a day. Shallow waters and the lovely sand bars were perfect for toddlers and kids. The spa was a slight let down. Likely not much use, not easy to access and not clean. Thankfully the ocean was amazing and we had great weather!"

"The place has such a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful touches that make it feel luxurious and soothing. Gorgeous vintage decor and comfy bed. The waterfall view and sound is so pretty. Highly recommend."

"Loved staying here. Checked in late but had lockbox on site so that was fine. Nice bedding and comfortable for a family especially with outdoor deck. Took our pup which was a bonus. Will be going back in summer. "
