"The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. We were very impressed by how quickly the management team responded to a few maintenance issues. We really enjoyed the abundant wildlife on the island. TV access to...

"Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!...

"We have stayed in this home numerous times. In fact, we do not even look for other properties when planning our Fripp Island week. The kitchen is wonderful and the open area nearby makes family time possible. MY favorite room in this lovely beach home is the sunroom just off the living room area. The home affords fabulous views of the dunes and the ocean ... and you are right next to the boardwalk! We love staying here and have already booked next summer's stay! "

"Awesome property! There were 15 of us and the space was perfect- the table held all of us for meals! Open kitchen into living room was awesome and having our own pool was great for the kids. Hostesses attention to small details and availability was much appreciated. The family unanimously voted to come back to this property next time!"

"The fire pit was awesome! Thank you for providing wood. Small kitchen but well stocked. Not a lot of pantry storage but we made it work. Beautiful home! My grandsons loved the deer!!"
