"The staff at Holiday Inn in Frankton were wonderful! They treated us with kindness and respect...from the front desk, the restaurant staff, and cleaning crew. Our room was clean. Our view was awesome. We were able to walk to a path around the lake and walk to the Remarkables shopping area for dinner. An excellent experience."

"The room is clean. Walk 1.2 km to the nearly shopping centre or cafe. The hotel provides buffets breakfast only. The in-room service system didn’t work either. Love the welcome cookies. The Asian staff is particularly nice and very helpful."
