"The staff was very friendly and helpful, realizing we had a long day, she upgraded our room. Clean facility with all of the necessary amenities."

"It was lovely accommodation. Really nice location. A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet. The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on. That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well."

"フロントの対応はとても丁寧で、大変助かりました。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって頂けた点も良かったです。 また、お風呂に温風機があったのは非常に助かりました（雨具や星観察の後の夜露への対策としても有効でした）。 立地が良くて、観光スポット、レストラン、スーパーなどにすぐアクセス出来てよかったです。ただ、交通量の多い道を渡らなければなりませんが。 部屋に机と椅子が見当たらなかったです。この点だけは不便でした。 全体として、大変満足しました。またテカポには行きたいので、機会があれば、また利用したいです。"

"I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

"There is limited parking and late check-in isn't completely simple since the desk isn't staffed 24/7, but the staff is terrific, the hotel is clean, and it works fine for a single night."
