"It was terribly loud. Not just the street noise but the HORRIBLY loud from the room above. We stayed a week and truly did not get one good night's sleep. It seemed that possibly someone was living above. We heard chairs dragging across the floor, constant walking (stomping) back and forth early in the morning and several nights until 1am. It was the worst experience we've had in a 'hotel' and we travel monthly."

"We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. One bedroom has a queen bed and a large TV with a dresser and side table. The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds. That's it. No side tables to hold a glass of water or a lamp to read your book to at night. The living room couch was so worn out that we stuck pillows under the cushion so we didn't sink into middle. The kitchen...

"I can’t rate this hotel/apartment highly enough. I actually want to give it 1 star so that no one else stays here and it keeps its prices reasonable. This was my 5th time in New York and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment and it had everything we needed. The bathroom had everything we needed including soaps and a hair dryer. The kitchen had an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and hob and lots of utensils. It even had a kettle so my mum could do her hot water...
