"They, the staff, were very accommodating, friendly, and respectful. The room was nice, we had a suite with a sofa bed in the living area, whichwe needed as there were 2 of us. The sofa bed though was very uncomfortable, so it was put back as a sofa with the back pillows left off and slept on like that.
