"Booked 5 rooms for our group through Expedia — one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
Check-in was painfully slow, taking about 30 minutes. The front desk seemed completely unprepared for a group booking. Not a great start.
Our room was assigned directly behind the breakfast area. Early morning prep noise woke us up well before we planned to get up — no chance of sleeping in.
