"The female I forget her name the most comforting individual. I checked in on Monday at 4:30pm she was delightful not only then but throughtout our whole visit. She deserves a raise. Parking isnt meant for anything non compact. House Keeper she was wonderful and delightful as well. Rooms are what you get to be by the beach. "I love the location and was really glad I made the decision to stay there. My only wish is that I would have gotten a room that faces the river. My room faced the inside of the hotel. While I didn't have a problem with the room, I did ask for one facing the river but was told there wasn't one available because of construction noise (which really wasn't true). Nonetheless, if I were to visit again, I would definitely plan to stay here. Everything was great."

"Property was clean and well stocked. Parking on street was easy and convenient but I can see if it was a big holiday weekend how parking could be a problem, but that applies to everywhere in Savannah. It is far enough away from the busy downtown, but still in walking distance. Hotel is beautiful and quaint. Loved the outdoor common area. Would definitely stay again! "

"Our room was beautiful & large. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything appears to be new. Excellent location. Able to walk everywhere we wanted. "Great historical place that is close to a lot of the important sites, shopping, and dining. It's a bit shabby around the edges. Part of that comes from the age of the building. The coffee provided in the room is very good. The employees are all helpful, from the front desk to the list and found person. "The staff at The Marshall was top notch, the location was perfect, and the history was amazing.
