"The rooms were exactly as described. We would have spent more time in the spacious game room, were it not for the amazing outdoor covered porch with fireplace. We spent every evening outside :). The kitchen was stocked wonderfully, with everything clearly labelled. I would highly recommend this place for your Durango stay! We woke up every day to the sounds of Elk bugling and the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend it. "

"This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive."

"This place was awesome, the community is beautiful and secluded. Me and my wife and our two dogs enjoyed hiking the area and eating at the many pet friendly restaurants this area has to offer. As for the property it was truly a great experience. It was nice and warm when we first arrived and everything was very clean. It may look small from the pictures but it’s actually very spacious once you are there in person. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who wants to take a break from...
