"El personal fue muy amable, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a resolver. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es excelente. El hotel está en una parte bastante adecuada para ir a los templos de Kali y Krishna, menos de 15 minutos. Cerca del hotel hay tiendas, restaurantes cadena y centros comerciales. Estoy más que satisfecho y lo recomiendo totalmente. "

"I really loved the personalised service provided by the owner as it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. Nice food for breakfast, the owner even took us into the city and assisted us during our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. "お部屋は常に清掃してくれて、備品の補充も十分で安心して過ごすことができました。夕方にはロビーで生演奏があり、優雅な気分に浸ることができました。ビュッフェ朝食の種類もたくさんあり、おいしかったです。観光に関してホテルのスタッフに尋ねたときも親切に教えていただきました。空港送迎を依頼し、安全にホテルに到着し、安全にホテルから空港に向かうことができました。スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で、良い時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。時間に余裕がなくて、プールの利用ができなくて心残りでした。機会があったらまた滞在したいと思いました。"

"When my taxi arrived at 3 AM and looked at the hotel exterior, I laughed. It was too funny. But once I got into the hotel and my room, I was cool with everything. Clean, comfortable albeit very small room and bathroom shower system in which the entire room is the shower! Something new for me but I learned quite typical in India. I was scheduled to stay 3 nights. But instead of moving to another hotel, I stayed 6 nights. Good hotel if you accept simplicity and great value but do without...

"This a great place to stay that is in the Victorian era mode. I hope the basic decorum and vibe of the place never changes. It is a throw back to another era and all of the pictures from earlier times in Kolkata and the hotel and news clips are very interesting. Yes there maybe some pealing paint (which to me is part of the charm) but there is a touch of class throughout - e.g. white table cloths, real crystal wine glasses, antique furniture. The staff is well trained and eager to please. ...

"This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me."
