"Amazing, high tech rooms, lots of shared space for co-working, and the friendliest staff. Great for long term stays as they have kitchen, lots of closet space, etc. Only complaint is that they advertise laundry services but the dryer is broken and after 1 hour of drying, your clothes are still wet. This left me in a bit of a pinch as I had to dry them with the hair dryer before my flight that evening. A couple other visitors also said the same thing about the dryer and we were not filling it...

"lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town "

"For business, I had to checkout of the hotel, but I checked back in a few days later. My only issue with my second stay was the AC wasn't running cold so I was a little hot at night. Nothing too bad though. The cleaning staff was great too. My second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. "Wow! Such a unique place to stay! We were first greeted by such kind staff and received very thorough information! Then took the original style elevator up to our room!
