A spacious 4BHK fully furnished residential house located in Banjara Hills rooad number 3, behind tata capital limited, Hyderabad and measures 4500 sq.ft. This property is an ideal space for guest house purpose enabling people to long term stay or rent short-term lodging including vacation rentals.

This is a duplex furnished residential house which receives plenty of ventilation and natural light. Ground floor consists of living room, sit-out area, kitchen, store and one bedroom with attached western style bathroom. First floor consists of lounge, 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom featuring western style toilets. There are two balconies attached to the bedrooms overlooking the surrounding. Also there is one underground big room with bathroom which has access from ground floor can be used for multipurpose like game room or gym etc. Terrace is covered with sheets which can be used for family parties etc.

A highly honest watchman cum attendant is also available in the servant room outside the house within the premises to assist you in any purpose and he is responsible for house maintenance/housekeeping . All the bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes .The flooring consists of Marble tiles. The kitchen comes with cupboards,a 10 lit. R O water purifier,four burner gas stove,chimney and a microwave with a granite platform and stainless steel sink. There is also a "fully automatic Washing machine" in one of the bedroom where you can put on by yourself or else the housekeeper will assist you. The property is fully vaastu compliant.

It's very peaceful and upscale residential community around the house makes it ideal place to live in.The uniqueness of this house is its locality, one side with peaceful neighborhood and other side the main road which is just few steps away makes easy access to other parts of the city due its central presence, to even shopping malls,restaurants etc.

Perfect Property and Amazing Host

We recently stayed at this rental property located at the perfect intersection of Banjara Hills and Punjagutta, and it truly couldn’t be better for accessing the rest of the city. The convenience of the Outer Ring Road from the airport to the location made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and preferred by cab drivers, this location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the city. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our family to relax and enjoy. A special mention goes to Venkatesh, the house helper, who was always there to assist us and even stayed late until midnight to welcome us. His dedication and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. The attention to detail in keeping the house clean and tidy was evident, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Venkatesh, the house helper, ensured that everything was in perfect order, adding to the overall positive experience. We are family visiting from USA, so anyone apprehensive about this property - do not think twice.
