"L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans un quartier populaire, mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour une famille. 👨👩👧👦❤️
Dans l’ensemble, c’est un très bel appartement, confortable et agréable. Je le recommande vivement ! 😊"

"The rooms were clean and adequate but dimly lit that I had to use my phone light sometimes to see what I needed. Telephone communication was abysmal. Several phone calls were met with voice mail, 20-25 minute wait and no answer, No return of messages. Constantly asking for communication through messages. I finally found a phone number on WhatsApp that I was able to connect.
The staff were magnifisant and very helpful.
The hotel had a cafeteria for food, snacks, tea and coffee. Food was very...

"The idea of the apartment type room was great. However, the wifi didn’t work in my room. I had to sit in the corridor if I needed to make a call or do some work. When talking to reception about it apparently it’s a common issue and will resolve in time. I went back a few hours later to inform it still wasn’t working to be told they had to call their manager. It didn’t work the whole time I was there so not the best if you need to work.
The tv aerial wouldn’t stay in the back of the tv. This was...

"Check-in advertised at 3pm but the room isn’t ready at 3. Reception staff tries to gaslight saying they are not responsible for that, claiming it’s not guaranteed as it depends on the housekeeping? Like huh? In the messages with the hotel they clearly say check-in is available starting from 3, there is no room for misinterpretation. 3pm sharp the room must be ready.
