Beachdaze offers the complete package Contemporary design, swimming pool, two outdoor entertaining areas, luxury, secure parking and easy access to the main beach and cafe. It sleeps six in comfort and style and is spread over three split levels.
Please note:
- The pool is a shared with the adjacent villa, and so there may be guests from that property using the pool at the same time. - The pool is professionally cleaned on a regular fortnightly basis. However as this is a holiday house and not a hotel, we cannot guarantee that the pool will be serviced on your day of arrival or that it will be free of leaves. The property has trees around it and wind / weather conditions are naturally unpredictable. A pool cleaning basket is provided for your use to clean leaves out of the pool upon arrival or during your stay. - Please also note that the pool and spa at this property are not heated. - Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?
Beachdaze is located at the bottom of Bayview Street just above the main access to Hyams Beach. It is also an easy walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe or the access point to the National Park. Beachdaze is the rear unit of two, and is accessed to the left and around the back of the front house.
Why choose Beachdaze?
Beachdaze is a modern two story town house with shared access to under cover parking and pool with spa (both not heated, sorry).
How is the property laid out?
Beachdaze is a two story three bedroom house. Bedroom One has a queen sized bed. Bedroom Two is a double and the third bedroom has two single beds. The large open kitchen which looks down onto the living and dining space is fully equipped with all the mod cons including a dishwasher. The living and dining areas flow openly onto two outdoor living spaces which includes the pool entry. The property has two bathrooms, one that features a spa bath. There is an internal laundry.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Beachdaze has a private, north facing courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is also a second deck overlooking the pool, where the gas BBQ is located. It also has a table and chairs for four. Both units have shared use of the pool area.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Beachdaze is equipped with ceiling fans for summer, and a gas heater in the living room for the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen and bath towels are provided at Beachdaze. Though pleaseremember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is secure underground parking for twocars across 4 cars spaces, shared by arrangement with 24a Bayview. Please do not park in front of the garage doors during your stay, and please note that there is a 2.05m clearance for the car park entrance.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Beachdaze is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Beautiful, peaceful stay
Great house, well equipped in a peaceful location. Pool and outdoor area could do with a better clean but still nice and great to have a pool out the back door. Phone reception poor but not owners fault

Great location
This property is well located: 2 minutes walk to the water. The swimming pool is great for young kids as it has two levels of depth. The living room is spacious and the rooms have a lot of cupboards. The spa was not heating up during our stay but it was not a big issue for us. I'm sure the property manager will fix it. One outdoor umbrella also needs to be replaced. The sunday 4pm check out is fantastic!! the kitchen is well equiped. There is a Nespresso machine so don't forget to bring your pods. There is market place with a woollies close by (10' drive). The shared property with the other house "Shorelines" is a good idea and if you have 10-14 people, you can rent both properties to have a great holiday.

Super Location and great unit with a Pool
This is one of the best locations that you can find in Hyams Beach considering how busy it is when you go there. Also, the parking could be a nightmare if you drive in and due to the proximity to the beach which is literally 30 seconds from the beach it is ideal holiday location.
The unit is super nice and also has a pool which can be accessed from within the unit and from outside just in case you dont want to dirty the unit after your return from the beach.
The 2 bedrooms are quite a reasonable size but not large, the lounge and dining are quite big and the kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Unit has a TV in the lounge and one of the bedrooms and a little outdoor area with beach umbrella for having breakfast outside.
Overall this is a great unit, great location and well worth the money.

Excellent place for a weekend getaway!
I recently spent the weekend at this property with 5 friends and had the most amazing time! The agents were very responsive and easy to deal with in the lead up to our stay. The house itself was stunning. A lot more spacious than the pictures depict, so we were pleasantly surprised. It was a shame the jaccuzzi wasn't warm (same temperature as the pool, not heated) as the instructions on the fridge said it was 32*C and the button on the wall looked broken. Might just need updating (admittedly, we didn't contact the agent as we had minimal phone reception and ended up spending most of our time at the beach anyway, which was only 100m down the road. Not a big deal in the scheme of things). Beds were super comfy, and the living, dining and kitchen areas were perfect for what we needed. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good property
Good property. However, there were spiders and bugs around the house (in bedrooms, hallways, kitchen and lounge room). The pool was not clean. Other then that, great location and property.
