"Stayed in a twin room. Everything was ok except for the small and narrow toilet which means the whole toilet gets wet after showering. The shower is right in front of the door, so we had to be careful not to spray water at the door or else the floor outside might get wet. Also, the shower is handheld... which is inconvenient. The worst is the amount of mold on the toilet floor and on the shower hose. This is easy to clean off with some bleach or scrubbing so I wish more effort was put into...

"1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel...

"The propery location was excellent just across to the mall. Very easy to take a break in the middle of shipping and then go back and resume the shopping exercise. The hotel itself has a decent buffey breakfast, not much in terms of fanciy but it works. The rooms were basic, a bit small but clean. The Gym is outside in front. More of a excuse for a gym. Carpark in the basement and outside is suitabley sized. The room service is non existent. Not even advertised much."

"Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

"Great location, with many choices for shopping and food. Lively and happening. Got 3 free parking lots in front. Unfortunately my room is facing back alley, sink is slow to discharge, walls are pealing, noise from people outside is really loud as if the door is thin. I will not come back again, there are better ones out there."
