• No Motorbike riding on the property
• No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Maybe limited water views but makes up for it on location to all the amenities; especially for the price. Yes I could hear movement which I presume was from other appartments in the block but nothing that disturbed me. Would recommend.

Property is very comfortable and clean. Great location for a couple to stay at. The only thing was the adjoining door between apartments is not sound proof and adjoining guests can be heard clearly when they talk. Which means they can probably hear us. Lacks a bit of privacy for this matter only. Otherwise a great place.
