Private apartment in Sahl Hasheesh

We are offering accommodation in our private 1 bedroom apartment (75m2) in beautiful city Sahl Hasheesh, 20 km south of Hurghada, which offers 11km long promenade with spectacular views of a seaside. Aparment is located in 5th floor with 2 elevators available.

The apartment is part of Gravity Ocean Breeze hotel, our guests can use the hotel facilities including swimming pool (1 heated in winter) and spacious beach with nice coral reef accessible from jetty. Sun beds and umbrellas are free to use too.

Food and dining:

Our apartment is self sufficient, guests will find all necessary equipment to cook. Usually, our guests go for big shopping to nearby Senzomall (15 mins driving) to get their essentials and local fruits and veggies market or give us shopping list and we take care of it for them.
Food prices are very affordable in Egypt.

There are several shops directly in Sahl Hasheesh downtown such as butchery, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket Bestway where you can buy basically anything you might need and have it conveniently delivered to your apartment. Bestway also offers take away coffee, cakes and ready sandwiches.

For those who dont fancy cooking, there are several frozen or cooked meals available in the supermarkets. Some guests order dozen of margeritta pizzas from Hurghada (1 pizza costs approximately 3,50 euros) and freeze them and then just top them up with their favorite pizza ingredients before finishing them in the oven.

There are also 5 ala carte restaurants in the resort directly (italian, mexican, brasil, asian and oriental) where you can eat. Same applies for next door hotel Tropitel. There is also option to buy buffet style breakfast, lunch or dinner in the main restaurant in both hotels. Kindly ask reception or restaurant manager for more details as this is under hotel responsibility.

There are other restaurants in Sahl Hasheesh downtown and of course, Hurghada offers wide selection of dining options for all budgets.

Location and transportation:
Sahl Hasheesh is located on 12km stunning Red Sea coastline, approximately 18 km south of Hurghada. The Gravity Ocean Breeze resort is right next to hotel Tropitel, with Makadi bay just few kilometers walk away by seaside.

Thanks to its location, apartment offers entertainment and also quiet and peace for those who just want to relax far away from the hectic city life.
Apartment is 20 minutes away from Hurghada International airport. We are providing airport transfer for our guests for 15 euros per way.

You can walk, bike or ride In Sahl Hasheesh.
There is also shuttle bus from resort to Sahl Hasheesh downtown with extra charge. Or use UBER or InDrive app. It is highly recommended to get to downtown not just for shopping but also enjoy walking on Piazza with lovely fountains and stunning oriental architecture.

Tolle Wohnung!!

Es war das erste mal, das wir nach Ägypten reisten. Es war sehr sehr schön. Wir müssen uns beim Aladdin für die Betreuung ganz herzlich bedanken weil schon ab Abholung vom Flughafen waren wir von ihm sehr begeistert. Wir wollten eine Bewertung schreiben aber wir würden nichts neues und anderes schreiben können was schon vor uns Heike und Maurice geschrieben haben. Wir haben uns von dem beiden Bewertungen inspirieren lassen und wir waren nicht enttäuscht! Die Zeit im Februar war so schön dass wir haben gleich im November die Wohnung reserviert. Fazit- Auch von uns ganz klare Empfehlung!!

Sensationell!

Es war das erste mal, das wir nicht pauschal nach Ägypten reisten. Schon vor der Reise fühlten wir uns bei Aladdin sehr gut aufgehoben. Viele Fragen wurden über WhatsApp vorab geklärt. Es klappte alles wunderbar. Wir wurden pünktlich am Flughafen abgeholt. Bereits auf dem Weg ins Apartment wurde uns vieles erklärt. Aladdin spricht sehr gut deutsch! Er hatte bereits für uns eingekauft, da wir spät am Abend anreisten. Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen in das Apartment machten wir Zwischenstation in Sahl Hasheesh. Er zeigte uns wo der Supermarkt ist, wo wir essen gehen können, wie der Geldautomat funktioniert. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnraum. Auf Wunsch stellt er auch ein breites Klappbett auf. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 140 x 200 großes Doppelbett. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es funktionierte auch alles. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Apartment liegt in der 5 Etage und hat einen großen Balkon. Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle, die immer funktionierten. Vom Balkon aus hat man nach rechts seitlichen Meerblick, nach links Wüste und Berge. Das Hotel liegt an KEINER lauten Straße. Gegenüber schaut man auf das Nachbarhotel „Tropitel“. Info für Lärmempfindliche. Am Tag sind die Lüfteranlagen und Poolpumpen des Tropitel sehr laut. Diese Lärmquellen werden jedoch zwischen 23 Uhr bis 7 Uhr abgeschaltet. Wir konnten bei offenen Fenstern schlafen. Macht man alle Fenster zu, ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig, auch am Tag! Das Apartmenthaus gehört zum Gravity Hotel. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel. Die abendliche Animation findet bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern in einem Theater statt. Toll! Massagen und Kosmetik erhält man gegen Gebühren im SPA -Bereich. Die Massagen waren sehr, sehr gut. Mit der Kosmetik waren wir nicht so sehr zufrieden. Die Kosmetik sollten Sie besser in einem der Nachbarhotels buchen. Z.B. Le Reve oder Baron Palace. Teure Spitzenhotels mit entsprechen hoher Qualität was die Kosmetik angeht. Nach Sahl Hasheesh sind es 5 km Fußweg. Man läuft bequem die Promenade immer am Meer entlang. Es fahren auch elektrische Golfautos. Eine Fahrt kostet 5 Euro. Mieten kann man so einen Flitzer für 25 Euro pro Stunde. Wir waren viel spazieren! Man kann immer am Strand entlang auf der Promenade viel weiter noch als Sahl Hasheesh laufen…. Bestimmt 12 km. In die andere Richtung ist Makady Bay in ca. 3 km zu erreichen. Aladdin war immer mit Rat und Tat für uns da! Ganz klare Empfehlungen!

Tolle Wohnung mit einem noch besseren Vermieter!

Wer einen Aufenthalt in Sahl Hasheesh/Hurghada/Rotes Meer plant, tolle Strände möchte und einen unvergleichlichen Service, sollte sich für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, einen kompletten Monat im Appartement des Gravity zu leben. Die Wohnung ist top, super sauber, bequem, eine schöne, große Küche und ein Balkon, der wunderbar zur Westseite gelegen ist und einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang bietet. Der Hauptgrund aber, warum dieses Appartement eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung ist, ist der Vermieter. Eine so herzliche, freundliche, unfassbar serviceorientierte Art und Gastfreundlichkeit, die mir in der Form selten irgendwo auf der Welt untergekommen ist. Das sollten Sie miterlebt haben!
