"I had to book this accommodation for a visitor, so I was disappointed by the overall experience. The building has two elevators, and unfortunately neither of them was working during the stay. I also heard reports from other guests saying they had previously gotten stuck inside, which is quite concerning ..."

"Facility was average. Bed was too soft. Entrance to apartment was near the garbage so it smelt. Location to Lucerne Bahnhof was a 20 min walk and 15 min to chapel bridge. There are 3 supermarkets across the road from apartment Coop, Migros and Aldi."
