"Parking was easy. Staff at front desk was not very friendly. Made no effort to be polite. Elevevators broke while we were there so everyone had to use the stairs. Felt really bad for elderly people trying to climb 6 floors of stairs. Pics on website are VERY OUTDATED! Room and bathroom were clean so that was a positive."

"The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. "Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. "Booked an “accessible” room, by mistake and found that there was a difference in the bed that we preferred not to have - my fault but just saying for others who may have our same preference.
