"First of all two other members in our party having different rooms both experienced terrible pre-cleansed room service. One had a dog’s feces, still remaining in the room, and the other had inappropriate stained sheets still on the bed matting after a second request to move. It was still not relieved. "Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on Expedia is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15. Definitely staying somewhere else next time we're in area."

"This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia."

"My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. "Don’t go to this hotel; find somewhere else to stay, please. You have to pay for parking while staying there, and when I arrived, the room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. "The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket."
