The hotel was sold with groups of preteen and teen girls who were uncontrollably running on all floors of the building and threw all of the staircases. Our 10 year old had a state competition that she needed to wake up for at 5 AM. Both nights we stayed at the hotel the hotel was unable to manage the kids running wild through the hotel into the night. My husband and I had to visit rooms and parents who were...

"I booked about a month ahead of our stay only to arrive and have the front desk say they didn’t have a room. Never has this happened to me before. I was told of course that I wouldn’t be charged, only to wake up at a different hotel to see the charges on my card. It took a few days of calling to have the manager reverse the charges. I really hope this is not the standard so be prepared to take a gamble booking here!"

"It was a really nice place if you were looking for a place that has a refrigerator stove and a microwave and it was only 10 minutes away from the venue that I needed it to be at which was a great convenience for me and it was only 10 minutes away from any mall of food place that I needed it to be. I would choose it anytime I was gonna stay in Richmond, Virginia."
