"Adorable, well kept Hotel. No onsite restaurant but there are plenty of choices within 1 mile to 5 miles. There is a small refrigerator in the room where you can keep beverages. I plan on staying here again. "

After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. "The hotel had a bad smell and the lights didn’t work right. In the morning someone was smoking and caused a fire so everyone had to evacuate. We were out for 4 hours in our car before we were able to go back in and retrieve our bags. The hotel didn’t refund our money for another hotel and even charged us $50 if damages occurred. Overall my wife and I had a bad experience and thank GOD no one was injured."

"Room was not clean. TV did not work. They sent maintenance and it worked half and half I couldn’t shut the TV off with the remote. Had to use the button on the TV said they were gonna come back and fix it never did check in was terrible I never had a problem before this time. It was awful. Normally I don’t have to deal with that. I get a digital key, but for some reason I didn’t get one this time stayed here many times, but this time was just bad."

"Different vibe once you got off the elevator. Elevator bathroom and hallways were not clean. Room was run down things were dirty and not cleaned well. I booked a club level room and breakfast was to be included. It was not included when I asked in the morning. Ordered from the restaurant and it took a really long time just to get my food. I was not eating in the restaurant. I couldn’t imagine the wait if I was dining in. "

"I book here few times the stoves in the rooms some time seems to have issues either one side don’t work or it’s not heating properly throw off your cooking pssh."
