"Sisters from FL and OK in thier late 80s met to visit their eldest sister in her 90s who lives in Cheyenne. With my family (from IA) and travelling companions, we had 7 people and 2 dogs staying at the house. My son joined us from Denver daytimes. The outdoor area was great. The weather was beautiful. We spent much of our time outside visiting, grilling and watching the 4 squirrels tease the dogs. We were able to spend time in the kitchen together and evenings with the cousins crocheting....

"Very nice room. Shared bathroom was adequate and clean. Temperature in the room was comfortable and there was nice towels and bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. WiFi was fast and the host were kind and generous. "

"This house was very comfortable and wonderfully decorated, and truly provided a peaceful sanctuary for our family to rest and recuperate while my daughter received treatment at the Children's Hospital. The close proximity made trips to and from the hospital for different family members very easy and convenient. Having kitchen and laundering facilities available on both floors was a key feature for our large group, and communication with the manager was truly excellent- exceedingly gracious and...

"This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property!"

"It was a good deal for a 3-bedroom place that puts you about the same time from the airport as is does to downtown Colorado Springs. There were no hiccups aside from me making one major , "whoopsie", but the host understood and it was quickly resolved. It was a lovely place to stay. Thanks for hosting us!Cons: The front door is kinda sticky. When that's the worst thing to say about a place, you know it's pretty great."

"Cabin in the city was exactly what we needed. We come in twice a year to visit our family and friends. We have five kids, grandkids and our immediate family that all live in CO while we live in NC. So when traveling to CO our time is precious... this property made it possible for us to enjoy time with our family vs breaking our backs to try to visit everyone. Thank you Max for this wonderful weekend, my heart is full and your house made it all possible. If I could give this property 100...

"Size and space were very comfortable for our two-family stay.. We were very disappointed that the advertised golf stimulator was broken and the needed part was not delivered during our week-end stay. There were only 12 plates and 4/5 spoons and forks for our 13 member group, but after my call plates, forks and spoons were delivered the next morning,"
