"Mikes house is a beautiful place with a stunning view. It was just what we needed- very relaxing & refreshing and close to many amenities. The house is very well provisioned, especially the kitchen. He has everything you need in the kitchen which is often not the case (we enjoy cooking together on vacation.) The interior is light & airy with gorgeous views of the river. When we had a small hiccup with the check-in process, Mike was very helpful. We really hope we’ll be back! "

We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved. "The house was perfect for me, my husband and dog! We enjoyed being so close to the water. Its close enough to town but far enough way to feel secluded."

"Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. "

"The house is older. There are several weird step ups in the house and none of us left without having stubbed our toes multiple times. The house was clean but could definitely use a deep clean sometime. It would not be ideal for the elderly and is not handicap accessible at all. The yard was great though very big and the views from the beach were very nice. The location is perfect if Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg are where you are visiting. "Overall it is a nice place to stay. It has all the amenities needed. Good size house with a cool beach area. Enough places nearby for meal out and stores to get groceries for food for the house. "
