"8年前在清邁，住過羅望鄉村，這次看到微笑蘭納，就很想當作我們在20251023抵達清邁入住的第一家酒店。整體的建築圍繞著泳池很美，有免費下午茶點，早上在泳池畔還有串珠體驗，服務人員都很用心親切，下次去清邁會想要再回去住。在古城區南邊，走路進古城區用餐按摩都不會很遠。這次入住一樓109，打開門就是泳池，房間很美，美中不足的地方就是淋浴間只有布簾隔開，不是玻璃隔水拉門。早餐有芒果糯米飯，種類不多但很好吃。"

"The staff were friendly, breakfast was average but sufficient, room was large, and the location is very convenient. There are complementary mosquito repellent / bicycles at the front desk which makes the hotel feel very warm and welcoming. The only issue was the drainage venting into the washroom. I would rebook when I am in Chiang Mai next. "

"이 호텔은 지어진지 얼마되지 않아서 새 것이고 깨끗합니다. 많은 직원들이 관리에 신경쓰고 있다는 것이 느껴집니다. 직원들은 대부분 영어로 의사소통하는데 충분히 숙달되어서 원활한 소통이 가능합니다. 특히 마치 5성급 호텔직원처럼 매우 친절하신 점이 인상깊었습니다. 그들은 매너있는 태도로 항상 기분좋게 고객들을 응대해주고, 요청을 해결해주려고 노력했습니다. 조식은 충분히 효율적으로 구성되어있습니다. 고정메뉴인 볶음밥과 계란후라이는 특별하지는 않지만 맛있어서 바깥에서 파는 것이 부럽지 않습니다. 물, 커피 등 항상 쉽게 가져갈 수 있도록 로비에 마련해준 배려가 좋습니다. 단점이라면 단지 방음이 안된다 정도일 것 같습니다. ”복도에서 누가 이렇게 떠들지?“ 싶었는데 알고보니.. 옆 방에서 말하고 있던 소리였습니다. 하지만 저는 여행할때 소음에 별로 민감하지 않아서 괜찮았습니다. 사실 치앙마이에서는 올드타운 바깥쪽 대형 고급 호텔이 아닌 이상에야 소음에 취약할 수 밖에 없습니다. 특히...
