"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. "We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The room is very clean, modern and roomy. The washroom, shower was beautiful. We arrived in a downpour. The staff was really helpful with umbrellas. The front desk person spoke some English and was very helpful. We woke up to a nice complimentary breakfast. "The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...
