"A delightful blend of a new and modern hotel with an old traditional Queenslander house. The staff are fantastic and you are an easy walk to the very active New Farm riverside area. "

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"I'm a regular at this lovely property in Kangaroo Point. Love the location, the boutique, friendly vibe and the undercover parking with electric car charging. I'll continue to be a regular guest here due to these great parts of the stay. My only request would be that the hotel gets rid of the single use plastics (e.g. shampoo) and replaces with the dispensers that most hotels have now. "

"This hotel is quite lovely in pretty much every way. The lift has been tastefully modified yet keeps its look to go with the history. Absolutely loved to be able to sit out in the open air whether it be for a coffee or single malt scotch."

"Convenient location in terms of public transport and the CBD, literally a 5min walk to both. Clean room, helpful and friendly reception staff, large and comfortable room (we had 3 adults with enough space for everyone to be comfortable and not cramped). Great stay!"

"The mirror inside my pod fell off the wall and hit me on my back at 3am in the morning due to the guy above me constantly moving around. The manager was informed and did nothing but offered me a free coffee. The mixed dorm was terrible, bad smelling socks and shoes lying everywhere. I requested a move and the ladies dorm was a lot better and more tidy. At night, it was noisy from the door and people going in and out. Guests were considerate and didn’t talk on phones or have ringers on. Staff...

"Stayed in the king room and it was awesome. Heaps of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and the room was very quiet. The free lolly bar in the foyer was a nice touch! Best place I’ve stayed at in Brisbane!"

"Great location with a short walk, train, or Uber to wherever you need to go. Suite was well-appointed with all required kitchen items …lower lighted lamps appreciated as many places have poor bright lighting with no dimmer switches. Washer/dryer was great to have (came home with a full suitcase of clean clothes) Rooftop pool was very nice with good sun access. Front desk staff were great. Would definitely stay here again. "
